This 2020.5 Greenery container has been thoughtfully adapted by its current owner to ensure reliable and efficient operation, with a focus on simplicity and ease of use.
The unit includes washed and dried cotton filter strips, ready for use. Please note that additional strips may be required to fully equip all growing channels.
Some original components have been adjusted based on operational experience:
The main tank brushes have been removed to allow smoother movement of grow racks (included but not installed)
The seedling tank level sensor is not in use, as operation without it proved fully functional
One nutrient pump is not operational; however, manual nutrient dosing has been successfully implemented as a more efficient and reliable alternative
The current setup relies on manual nutrient management (“hand dosing”), which avoids issues related to automated overdosing and reduces maintenance requirements. This method has shown no negative impact on plant health and simplifies daily operations.
Similarly, built-in pH and EC sensors have not been used recently, as handheld tools were preferred for greater flexibility and time efficiency. The original system may still be functional, and parts and support remain available if needed.
Support and replacement components can be sourced through The Growcer, which now manages customer service and parts previously handled by Freight Farms.
